Daily Responsibilities As a Remote Transportation Virtual Company Recruiter, you will: Make approximately 75–100 outbound business calls per day Introduce Transportation Hiring Hub to company owners and hiring managers Explain our driver, mechanic and transportation recruiting services Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs Recruit new transportation companies as paying clients Send approved marketing and follow-up emails Send professional text messages to interested clients and prospects Respond to telephone calls, emails and text messages Follow up with interested prospects daily Contact previous leads who have not completed enrollment Direct interested companies to our website and signup forms Explain our affordable recruiting plans Explain the 90-Day Replacement Guarantee Complete online contact forms when appropriate Conduct online research for potential transportation clients Enter company information into spreadsheets or the customer database Record calls, emails, text messages and follow-up activity Update lead statuses, client notes and follow-up dates Track which companies complete enrollment and payment Meet daily calling, marketing and client-enrollment goals Communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers All emails, text messages and telephone calls must follow company-approved scripts, applicable communication laws and company policies. Flexible Work-From-Home Schedule This opportunity allows contractors to organize their schedules around their availability and client calling times. Contractors should be prepared to work approximately 6–8 hours per day or more and complete 75–100 outbound calls during active workdays. Because you will contact businesses nationwide, most telephone calls and text messages should be completed during appropriate business hours in each prospect’s time zone. Email preparation, online research, follow-up and data entry may be completed during other available hours. Consistent daily activity and follow-up are essential for generating successful client enrollments. Commission-Based CompensationTransportation Virtual Company Recruiters earn: $25 for every successfully recruited and paid client. A successful client enrollment occurs when a company recruited and properly documented by you: Completes the required Transportation Hiring Hub enrollment process; Purchases an eligible service; and Submits the required payment. Commission Payment Schedule Approved commissions are calculated on a 30-day payment cycle and paid during the first week of each month. To qualify for payment: The recruiter must be properly identified as the source of the client. The client must complete enrollment. Transportation Hiring Hub must receive and clear the client’s payment. The client information must be accurately recorded in the company tracking system. The commission must not have already been paid to another recruiter. The account must not be fraudulent, canceled, refunded, duplicated or disputed. Commissions earned after the current monthly cutoff will be reviewed for the next monthly payment cycle. Recruiters are responsible for maintaining accurate records of prospective clients, follow-up activities, completed enrollments and expected commissions. Earnings Examples 1 successfully recruited client: $25 2 successfully recruited clients: $50 4 successfully recruited clients: $100 10 successfully recruited clients: $250 20 successfully recruited clients: $500 40 successfully recruited clients: $1,000 100 successfully recruited clients: $2,500 Recruiting four successfully enrolled and paid companies would generate $100 in commission. This is an earnings example—not a guaranteed hourly rate or average salary. Actual earnings depend on call volume, marketing activity, sales ability, qualified prospects, completed enrollments, customer payments, refunds and individual performance.
