Responsibilities Partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders to understand staffing needs Develops and implements a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy focused on critical roles Creatively sources, assesses, and selects qualified applicants for open searches Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract diverse talent Anticipates industry trends and utilizes labor market information to enhance sourcing Requirements 1-3 years of recruitment experience Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or related field Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing active in state of practice Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent while ensuring alignment with employer branding. Leverages industry trends and labor market insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
