Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and provide targeted interventions.
• Update care plans to track progress and document client outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for seamless care delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
