Hourly Pay Rate:

W2 $35-$37

1099: $38-$40

Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties:

Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.

Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

Physical Therapy Assistants will receive:

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements:

Current NYS PTA License and Registration

EMR Competence

Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility

Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
