As the organization continues to grow quickly, team members have genuine opportunities to move up, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career in a positive and collaborative environment.This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a structured full-time schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a one-hour lunch break, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., averaging around 54 hours per week. You will work with MIG and TIG welding equipment, steel fabrication tools, and follow standard industrial safety practices. Proper protective gear, including a welding hood, is required to ensure a safe and professional work environment.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chickasha, OK.The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
