Senior ERP PM (Workday/UKG) (Fully Remote)

• Hands-on project leadership across Workday and UKG workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Phase 3 UKG initiatives including system extensions and Acuity module.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions with clear ownership.
• Coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformations.
• Hands-on Workday and UKG project management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and dependency-tracking skills.
