Hello SLPs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Oakridge, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($55-60/hour)
• Up to $2,000 bonus available!

What You‘ll Do

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We‘re Looking For

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
• Requires background check and drug screening
