Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist SLP

Happyian Therapy & Academy is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, play-based team. Clinical Fellows, entry-level SLPs, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. We prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, and high-quality clinical care. Position Options Full-Time: 30+ billable hours – Starting at $50/hour Part-Time: 18+ billable hours – Starting at $51/hour Our Clinical Approach We provide play-based, relationship-centered speech and language therapy, informed by DIR and developmental frameworks. Treatment targets include expressive and receptive language, AAC, social communication, and pragmatic skills, with an emphasis on functional communication, self-advocacy, and generalization across environments. Family education and interdisciplinary collaboration are integral components of care.
