Overview:

Springdale, AR | $14/hour | 1st 7am-3:30pm

Are you organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment? We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Springdale to help keep orders accurate, paperwork organized, and products moving.

This position is a great fit for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and computer-based responsibilities .

What You'll Do

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Use RF scanners and barcode technology to track products and orders
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping paperwork
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy before they leave the facility
• Enter and update shipping information using basic computer systems
• Use electric and manual pallet jacks to move and stage materials
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to keep orders on schedule
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or shipping discrepancies
• Assist with receiving and incoming shipments when needed
• Keep the shipping and staging areas clean, organized, and safe

Skills and Experience:

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience
• Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately
• Experience with RF scanners or barcode systems
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using pallet jacks and working in a warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and a safety-focused attitude

A Plus, But Not Required

• Bills of lading or shipping documentation experience
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Forklift experience
• Previous manufacturing experience

Pay: $14/hour
Schedule: 1st 7am-3:30pm
Location: Springdale, AR
