Compensation Details Hourly: $16.90 - $17.90 Commission Details Exempt: Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Non‑Exempt: Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold, and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Party Host Responsibilities Party Hosts provide a high‑energy experience for birthday parties. They prepare the party area by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has a blast. Minimum Qualifications Be at least 15 years of age Available to work various shifts Excellent customer service skills Energetic and enthusiastic personality Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Obtain the ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Obtain the ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
