Clienteling Lead & Personal Stylist - Retail

Cuyana is hiring a full-time Clienteling Lead (keyholder) to join our Abbott Kinney store location. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability; vacation, sick, and holiday pay; commuter benefit, 401k, bonus, productive incentives, and generous employee discount. *Responsibilities may change based on business needs Responsibilities Build strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship building Provide customized virtual and in-person styling services within Cuyana customer segmentations Maintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methods Provide a premier customer experience at all times Reach and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs Expert on product and brand knowledge Proactive in outreach to customers regarding new product launches and brand information Operations Complete all store transactions - purchases, returns, exchanges Process and receive stock transfers Organize, maintain, and clean the store and stockroom Merchandise the sales floor with direction from manager and product team Open and close store and follow all processes and procedures when Store Manager is not on duty Give back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events) Requirements 2+ yrs retail experience, 6+ mos leadership exp in a sales driven environment; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand exp a must; clienteling a plus Team player who thrives in fast paced environments Professional attitude and customer service focused Dependable with all store responsibilities Flexible, adaptable, and willing to jump in and help Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills Capable of handling difficult customer conversations Technology savvy Flexible work schedule— open availability for weekends, evenings, events, holidays Able to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; Able to carry 25 - 30 lbs Values Alignment Cultivate Community – you are honest, inclusive and always willing to lend a hand Create Excellence – you are accountable, decisive and drive for results Build & Evolve – you are curious, look to push the status quo by bringing new solutions, and seek feedback along the way Compensation range for this role is $22–$26/hr commensurate with experience.
