Job Title: Financial Analyst - U.S. Treasuries Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 Days onsite) Pay: $47/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description We are seeking a Domestic Settlements Analyst to support the settlement and reconciliation of U.S. Treasury transactions through the Federal Reserve Bank. This role will work within the domestic settlements team, assisting with cash movement monitoring, reconciliation activities, and documentation of trade processes. Key Responsibilities Monitor and support cash inflow/outflow activities related to U.S. Treasury settlements. Reconcile settlement activity to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to test trade flows and ensure system and process accuracy. Assist in writing and documenting procedures for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Identify and elevate potential risks or process gaps. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in settlements with focus on U.S. government securities . Knowledge of government securities clearance via Bank of New York . Experience with Broadridge Impact (SME-level preferred). Familiarity with GSCC (Government Securities Clearing Corporation) processes. Nice to Have Experience writing procedures and documenting workflows. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
