SAP RTR Offshore Lead

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of SAP Finance experience
• 3+ years in a lead or team leadership role
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience supporting global finance organizations across multiple regions and time zones
• Availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time through at least 1:00 p.m. EST, with added flexibility during deployments, cutovers, and critical project phases
• Immediate start preferred

• Lead and manage an offshore SAP RTR team, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, managing risks, and escalating issues
• Provide functional leadership across SAP Finance areas, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, Banking, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, Tax, and E-Invoicing
• Gather business requirements and lead solution design, configuration, system and user acceptance testing, deployment, hypercare support, and transition activities
• Support and coordinate integrations with finance, retail, banking, HR, and third-party business systems
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Controls, and technical teams to deliver business solutions

We are recruiting for our client in New York City for a hands-on SAP RTR Offshore Lead to support SAP S/4HANA Finance projects, enhancements, and ongoing delivery. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
