Job Description:



Candidates Need To:

• Be able to show that they are service oriented and have problem-solving strategies to provide solutions dealing with healthcare positioning.
• High call volume is necessary but the ability to stay with the client and problem solve is more important.
• Dependable and focus on the end result of getting the caller the answers they need.
• EXPERIENCE in a call center setting that involves healthcare services, knowledge of dialers, and to show human side and kindness to people
• Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
• Also, may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
• Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
