Senior Client Relationship Manager

Owning and growing Coinbase's most strategic institutional client relationships, the full-time Senior Client Relationship Manager will manage multi-product expansion and onboarding for hedge fund and institutional clients while collaborating across various teams to enhance revenue and client satisfaction in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Deepen relationships with hedge fund and institutional clients, aligning their strategies with Prime financing capabilities Lead the onboarding and activation of complex institutional clients, ensuring coordination with legal, compliance, and operations teams Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues, advocating for client needs to product and engineering teams Required qualifications 7+ years in institutional client relationship management or account management at a top-tier financial institution or crypto exchange Deep knowledge of global financial markets, prime brokerage, and lending products Proven track record of growing high-value institutional client relationships with measurable revenue impact Experience mentoring junior team members and developing scalable team processes Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly in daily workflows to improve efficiency and quality
