Location: Monmouth County, NJ Job Type: Full-Time preferred (Part-Time considered), Seasonal (Remainder of Summer) Schedule: Weekend availability required (NO Saturdays - Sundays are a must) Salary: $20 - $24 / hour We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our children's clothing boutique for the remainder of the summer season. While full-time availability is preferred, we will consider part-time candidates who can commit to our weekend schedule. Children's Wear Sales Associate Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming, high-touch shopping experience for kids and parents. Provide expert styling advice, help with sizing, and make personalized product recommendations. Maintain store visual standards by organizing stock, restocking displays, and keeping the sales floor clean. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Assist with inventory management, including unpacking new shipments and preparing merchandise for display. Qualifications Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred (experience in children's apparel is a plus). Must be available to workSunday throughout the rest of the summer, NO SATURDAY. Friendly, patient, and engaging personality with a knack for connecting with children and parents. Strong communication and basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the sales floor, and lift light merchandise boxes.
