Location: Minnetonka, MNWhat you will be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers and their Stratasys printers Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of Stratasys, which will allow you the opportunity to build ongoing customer relationships. Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely.This is an essential role at StratasysMust Have Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED1+ year in a field service/representative role1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experienceReliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipmentNice to Have Qualifications:2-year Technical DegreeAdditional year of mechanical/electrical experienceExperience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAMRemote work experienceStrong customer-facing skillsProficient in computer technologySelf-starter and self-reliant attitudeTravel: This position is 100% remote, requiring up to 70-80% daily travel to customer locations
