We are currently seeking for a compassionate, highly-skilled, and reliable personal care assistant (PCA) to serve as part of our growing home health care team. In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. You will provide compassionate care and assistance and document clients\' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing. If you have the following requirements and qualifications, we want you! Pay rate: $47 per hour Shift: Saturday, 10AM to 2PM (Start ASAP) Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification At least 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (3–5 years preferred) Home health or private duty experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and provide safe, quality patient care Ability to assist with patient mobility and physical care tasks Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect Engaging in exercises and play-based activities to make sessions fun Assisting with potty training Supporting the use of an AAC device Requirements Driver’s License or State-Issued ID Active RN License Current CPR/BLS Card TB Test Results Social Security Card Vaccination Card Fingerprinting / Background Check Clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
