Job Title: Phlebotomist Job Type: Fulltime, Nonexempt Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift openings available, Weekend rotation, 3 Holidays annually, On call How You'll Contribute The Phlebotomist collects and processes blood specimens for laboratory testing in an acute hospital setting, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high-quality patient care. Obtain blood samples using age‑appropriate techniques. Label and deliver specimens for analysis. Maintain equipment and supplies to support daily operations. Assist with organizing and conducting blood drives, including donor interviews and screening. Completed an approved nationally accredited training course or program in Phlebotomy (required). Certification from ASCP or NHA (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
