Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Winnsboro, SC! This is a 3+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Winnsboro, SC 29180

Shift Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Hours per Week: 32 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-21/hour (Based on years of experience & education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens according to Quest Diagnostics procedures.
• Verify patient identification and specimen labeling accuracy before processing.
• Explain collection procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout the visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and required documentation.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection following established protocols.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting staffing and operational needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting a positive patient experience.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
