Restaurant Shift Lead - Quality, Training & Operations

Workstream

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to lead quality and service systems in our restaurant. You will coach and train Associates to deliver high quality food and friendly, honest service, and may open or close in the absence of a salaried manager. You will manage food costs, labor, and inventory through training and coaching, ensure compliance with safety standards, and uphold Donatos' Service Behaviors. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong guest focus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
