Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the registered nurse, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
