What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Improve residents' independence with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Address strength, coordination, cognition, safety awareness, and functional mobility
- Recommend and train residents in adaptive equipment and home safety strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven therapy culture
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
