A better future?Job DescriptionAs a member of the Seating Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines. ResponsibilitiesManage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teamsConduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverablesMonitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possibleManaging engineering changes for profit and loss of your program Work with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectationsRemain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustmentsYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fieldMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyMust be highly organized and display excellent leadership skillsWilling to travel domestically up to one week per month10 years automotive experience 5 years of project or program management experienceBonus If You HaveSiemens PLM Team Center system knowledge for Program and/or Sales functions.German and/or Spanish language skillsGerman Automotive experienceAutomotive Seating experienceEqual Opportunity EmployerLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.We provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
