Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. Attend networking events to expand your professional connections. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements: Bilingual prefer (must be able to sell in Spanish and English) Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (to start) Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
