Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support a variety of clinical trials, primarily focusing on oncology research. This role requires a compassionate individual with at least two years of clinical research experience and the ability to face patients directly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee multiple clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Engage directly with patients, providing support and information throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of clinical studies.
• Utilize and manage clinical research systems effectively.
• Mentor and train incoming staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in oncology or complex drug studies required.
• Proficiency in patient recruitment and clinical trial management.
• Strong project management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of clinical research experience or a Master’s Degree with three years of experience.
• Experience in clinical operations and clinical development.

Work Environment

The role is based in a clinical and office setting within a beautiful administrative building located in the fashion district of Philadelphia. The building offers great views from the 27th floor and is conveniently located near a major train station, facilitating an easy commute.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
