Work Environment The work setting for this role is completely remote, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our practice environment is designed to facilitate effective communication and engagement through virtual platforms, ensuring that you can deliver quality care without the barriers posed by physical constraints. You’ll have access to a collaborative online team, including administrative support that helps manage documentation and billing tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide daily psychotherapy sessions to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Assess and analyze clients’ emotional and psychological status while creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs. Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Effectively supervise and implement therapeutic activities, ensuring they align with each treatment plan. Maintain detailed intake records, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with additional healthcare professionals and community resources, referring clients to external support services when needed. Patient Population / Client Focus You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from youth to adults, who may be facing a myriad of issues including substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. By leveraging telehealth, you'll be able to reach individuals who might not otherwise have access to mental health services, providing them with the support they need in a convenient and accessible manner. Qualifications A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Oregon. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, with a record of providing effective therapy. Proficient understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, along with the ability to create and implement treatment plans across a spectrum of conditions. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Preferred Experience Experience working within a telehealth framework or providing counseling remotely. Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic health records management. Specialized training in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing. Compensation and Benefits This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, with potential for a sign-on bonus.
