Performance Responsibilities Obtain, gather, and organize pertinent data as needed and put it into usable form. Maintain a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and process incoming correspondence as instructed. Place and receive telephone calls and record messages. Order and maintain supplies as needed. Perform any bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific position. Maintain a schedule of appointments and make arrangements for conferences and interviews. Welcome visitors and arrange for their comfort, and screen unexpected callers in accordance with predetermined policy. Operate word processors, computers, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines. Perform usual office routines. Maintain such student records as shall be required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Process Coordinator and/or building administration.
