FP&A Analyst - $120,000 YEARLY
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Business Partner to support the Repair and U.S. Marine & Construction businesses. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and strategic recommendations that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is a strong financial analyst with excellent Excel skills who can translate complex financial information into clear business insights and recommendations. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with Oracle EPM or another EPM planning and forecasting system.
- Experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud ERP.
CMA, MBA, or CPA.
No sponsorship available. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
Shifts:
- Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Direct Hire; Long term
