  Job Summary

We are seeking a Behavior Consultants  to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate  individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you have  a Master degree in  social worker (LCSW), Psychology, Special Education or ABA  who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities 

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use positive treatment methods to facilitate  individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular in person treatments
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work,  special education,  psychology, ABA or similar field
• Clean Back ground check
• Previous experience working with individuals with ID or Autism
• CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
