Registered Nurse - Radiology

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated RN with specialized experience in Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves performing advanced procedures, documentation, and on-call responsibilities to support the radiology team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interventional radiology and electrophysiology procedures in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Document clinical activities accurately using Meditech or similar systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Respond promptly to on-call duties, arriving within 30 minutes as required.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, including IR equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate prior experience in Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology procedures.
• Possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Have at least 2 years of recent RN experience in a clinical radiology setting.
• Show adaptability to fast-paced work environments and ability to work independently.
