Senior Financial Analyst

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading, PE-backed Healthcare company who are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions. Monitor and report on financial performance metrics and variances. Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual budget forecasts and reports. Analyse market trends and industry developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities. Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a multi-site, multi-state environment. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in an Analyst position within Healthcare or Real Estate (PE-backed environment preferred) CFA Certification is preferred, but not required.
