The Opportunity As part of the PwC Private Generalist team you shall lead the way as tax advisors dedicated to innovation, providing clients with the right skills and technology to problem solve and provide sustained outcomes. As a Manager you shall supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to deliver top-quality deliverables. You shall also adopt a practical and holistic approach to meet the unique needs of private companies and their owners, thriving in an environment where transactions are complex and require an advanced level of sophistication. Responsibilities Supervise, develop, and coach teams Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams Solve and analyze complex problems for top-quality deliverables Adopt a practical and holistic approach for private companies Thrive in environments with complex transactions Lead contract maintenance and renewals Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff Utilize technology and innovation to enhance client services What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 4 years of experience CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart Broad knowledge of partnership structures and transactions Proficiency in US Tax Code sections for partnerships Consulting and modeling for M&A and equity transactions Marketing and business development efforts Creating and leveraging complex spreadsheets Writing and presenting to industry audiences Managing engagements and balancing project economics Leading teams to generate vision and trust Innovating through new and existing technologies The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
