Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures with proficiency in equipment set up and sterile techniques.
• Assist in emergency situations and be part of the dedicated Emergency Team as needed during events.
• Self-schedule call shifts and cover required weekend shifts, ensuring continuity of care and availability.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Ensure readiness and maintenance of radiologic equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT R certification and BLS certification required; ARRT VI and ACLS preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional radiology, including call responsibilities.
• Proven experience with a wide range of radiologic procedures such as angiography and embolization.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred; travel experience advantageous.
• Must hold a compact or LA state license in hand upon submittal.
