Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Clayton, NC
Setting: Clinic-based
Population Served: Children 2 - 18
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and monitor progress
- Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: Dependent on client needs
- Billable hour expectations: 25 hours per week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $80-105K
- PTO: 10 days
