Automotive Sales Consultant Sterling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Opelousas, LA Sterling CDJR is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a challenging and highly rewarding career in automotive sales . No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide training and support to help the right people succeed. Earning Potential
- Commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities
- No cap on earnings
- $100,000+ earning potential
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
- Build relationships that create lifelong customers
- Develop strong product knowledge to help guide customers in their decisions
- Deliver an excellent customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Coachable and motivated to succeed
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience for insurance purposes
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
