Posizione Gestione portale Zucchetti Scheduling (Controllo e Gestione del turno, analisi del fabbisogno FTE, pianificazione oraria e delle operation) Gestione e controllo delle operation del personale all’interno dei Punti Vendita Supporto alla Pianificazione piani ferie Gestione e controllo del costo del personale (KPI rese budget) Controllo delle performance e del livello di formazione del personale sulla rete vendita Gestione e controllo dei supporti tra i diversi punti vendita Requisiti Diploma di maturità o laurea; Pregressa esperienza nella mansione o come Store Manager nel settore retai l; Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel Conoscenza del gestionale Zucchetti; Capacità di comunicazione interpersonale e verbale; Problem Solving; Dinamicità e proattività.
