Production Operator - Rotating Shift

Production Operator, Colloidal Burlington, WI | Floating/Rotating 12-Hour Shifts $19.00/hour | Full-Time (shift premium for evenings) Our client is seeking a Colloidal Operator to join their Burlington, WI manufacturing team. What You’ll Do Set up, operate, and monitor production and packaging equipment. Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients according to established procedures. Monitor production batches for quality and food safety parameters. Record production, sanitation, and testing information accurately. Draw product samples for quality testing. Fill containers with finished products. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. Report food safety, physical safety, and product quality concerns. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment. Safely operate production-related equipment. What We’re Looking For High school-level proficiency in reading and mathematics. Two or more years of chemical or food processing experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred. GMP and HACCP training is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to repetitively lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods. Ability to safely operate production-related machinery.
