Registered Nurse Supervisor Evening Shift

Job Summary:

Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor on our evening shift at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in leading our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our patients. With a strong nursing background and leadership skills, you will supervise a team of nurses, promote a positive work environment, and ensure seamless operations on our evening shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nurses on the evening shift, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to enhance their skills and patient care outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, while maintaining open communication and resolving conflicts as needed.

• Review patient data and patient charts to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatments, and test results.

• Conduct patient assessments and participate in care planning conferences to identify and address patient needs and concerns.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment by ensuring compliance with infection control policies, standards, and regulations.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

• Provide education and training to staff members on new procedures, policies, and protocols.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
