We are seeking a driven and analytical FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will partner closely with operations and executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights that drive efficiency, margin improvement, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing experience, operational finance exposure, and the ability to translate financial data into business strategy.

Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision-making, performing monthly variance analysis and providing clear explanations of financial performance, partnering with plant leadership and operations teams to analyze cost drivers, labor, inventory, and production metrics, analyzing margins, cost of goods sold (COGS), and manufacturing variances, supporting pricing analysis and profitability reporting, developing KPI dashboards and performance reporting packages for executive leadership, assisting with capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluations, improving forecasting accuracy and financial planning processes, and supporting ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required, 5-10+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, prior experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment required, strong understanding of cost accounting and operational finance, experience supporting plant operations or supply chain finance preferred, advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, scenario analysis), experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar), strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and ability to partner cross-functionally and influence business decisions.
