Data Engineer

Top 3 Requirements:
- Onsite 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday)
- Primary locations: Lisle, IL or Columbia, MD
- 6-month contract-to-hire
- Strong intent to convert to FTE at or before 6 months
- No sponsorship; no future sponsorship allowed
- Support Data Engineering initiatives across two Data Engineering Teams:
- Prospect Team
- Student Team
- Contribute to stabilizing and scaling the Data Engineering organization
Top 3 Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills (minimum ~7.5/10; critical requirement)
- Hands-on data engineering experience (batch and real-time pipelines, data warehousing, data modeling)
- Airflow experience with Python proficiency ( cloud experience required; GCP preferred, AWS acceptable)
