Geriatric Care & Activity Assistant I
AltaMed Health Services
AltaMed Health Services seeks a Personal Care Attendant I to support participants across care delivery platforms. You will assist in coordinating and preparing food services, support center activities, and help deliver quality activity programs for all participants. The role ensures physical, intellectual, spiritual and social needs are met, and may involve accompanying PACE participants to outside appointments.
