Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and enterprise software licenses.Position is full-time beginning immediately.This position is fully remote with an hourly range between $80 and $125.REQUIREMENTSJD and member in good standing in one US bar.7 plus years' experience drafting and negotiating technology and engineering contracts, including Saas and enterprise software licenses. xhyhwjd Experience handling a high-volume of contracts a plus.Ability to work independently, set priorities, work within budget, meet deadlines and resolve problems, with a solid understanding of the business and legal environments
