CT Technologist Nights

The CT Technologist is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience. They perform CT procedures independently, adjusting techniques to ensure diagnostic accuracy while maintaining patient safety using ALARA principles. The role involves preparing and sanitizing equipment, obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Technologists review images for quality, document accurately in RIS/PACS, and respond to emergencies. Key qualifications include a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, at least 1 year of radiology experience, and certifications in ARRT - R, ARRT - CT, and BLS. Essential skills involve technical proficiency in imaging, patient communication, infection control, and teamwork.
