We are seeking an experienced and dependable Residential Plumbing Supervisor to lead our plumbing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure quality workmanship and safety on every job. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing technicians and job-site activities.
- Oversee installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and plumbing specifications.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Manage scheduling, materials, and job progress.
- Train team members and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and management.
- Proven experience in plumbing, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license; plumbing license or certification preferred, as applicable.
