Senior Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a growing, private-equity-backed healthcare organization to identify a Senior FP&A Analyst who can take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who wants to work closely with leadership, improve existing processes, and contribute to a growing business. Responsibilities Support annual budgeting and forecasting, including operating expenses and headcount planning. Partner with department leaders to develop financial assumptions and projections. Prepare monthly financial reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis. Investigate performance variances and identify underlying business drivers. Develop financial models supporting strategic decisions and operational initiatives. Contribute to executive and ownership reporting. Support acquisition-related analysis and integration activities. Identify and implement improvements to reporting, budgeting, and financial processes. Qualifications Five or more years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience. Direct experience participating in budgeting and forecasting. Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills. Experience communicating financial results and partnering with business leaders. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and improve processes. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Preferred experience Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software. Acquisition integration or financial due diligence.
