About the Job As a vital link in our logistics network, you will operate your own tractor‑trailer to transport freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Responsibilities Operate your own tractor‑trailer to transport freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Manage your own schedule and maintain high levels of customer service. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during transit. Adhere to company standards for safety, compliance, and vehicle maintenance. Compensation Average Weekly Gross: $12,000. Dedicated lanes, Fuel Card/BestPass, and newer 53‑ft Dry Van trailers. Paid weekly. Job Summary Owner Operator Dry Van OTR $3,500 - $6,000 gross total weekly average pay. 85% of load. 3,000 - 3,500 average miles per week. Base plate discounts available. Dedicated, Line Haul, LTL. No Driver Load/Unload. Home Time 21 - 30 expected days out. You can stay out longer if you want to. No guaranteed weekends home. Equipment Requirements Maximum truck age: 7 years. No overdimensional trucks allowed. Orientation Details Orientation is not paid for. Does not cover accommodation. Drivers get their own room. Lunch is included. Does not cover any travel expenses. Hiring Requirements Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. 2 years Tractor Trailer experience.
