As a coordinator for our world‑renowned living donor program, you’ll assume front‑line responsibility for quality and continuity of care, educate patients, families and other health care providers, and ensure a seamless experience for patients. You will use advanced modalities to match donors and recipients, employ extended criteria donor programs to maximize organ utility, and be the face of a personalized, patient‑focused approach to support patients’ pre‑transplant needs. Required Criteria Bachelor's degree New York nursing license; other clinical licensures may be substituted for RN license such as Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) 10 years’ experience as a transplant coordinator in a solid organ transplant program, organ procurement organization or dialysis center may be considered in substitution for a bachelor’s degree All roles require on-site presence; employees should live within commutable distance to NYP.
