Your responsibilities may include:Preparing and cooking meals according to established menus, recipes, and dietary requirementsEnsuring meals are prepared and served in a timely mannerMaintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and tasteFollowing proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresAssisting with meal planning, food preparation, and special dietary needs as assignedMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work environmentMonitoring food supplies and communicating inventory or equipment needsWorking collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide an exceptional experience for residentsFollowing all company policies, food safety standards, and applicable local and state regulationsWhat we're looking for The ideal candidate is someone who:Has a passion for cooking and preparing quality mealsEnjoys working with seniors and making a difference in their dayTakes pride in their work and pays attention to quality and detailUnderstands the importance of food safety and sanitationIs dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWorks well independently and as part of a teamHas previous cooking or food service experience (preferred)Why Waterford at Park Falls At The Waterford, the meals you prepare are more than just food—they are an important part of our residents' day.
