As a Physical Therapist with our team, you'll work closely with our patients' Primary Care Providers and specialists to provide the highest level of care and ensure a smooth transition to the care they need.

We specialize in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac conditions, as well as pre and post-surgical orthopedic conditions.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy professional program. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. New Grad or entry level experience within an ambulatory care facility or medical group practice. Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation and education training.

Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree or Ph.D. 1 year of Experience in outpatient Physical Therapy setting. Experience with CARF and Title XXII standards. EMR experience.

Skills and Certifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy professional program. 1 year of Experience in outpatient Physical Therapy setting. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. Experience with CARF and Title XXII standards. Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation and education training.
